Submillimeterwave Spectroscopy of Highly Astrophysical Interest Molecule: Hydroxy- Acetonitrile

چکیده
Hydroxyacetonitrile is a simple derivative of methanol. This molecule has a strong astrophysical interest. In astrophysical environment, the formation of hydroxyacetonitrile (HOCH2CN), has been shown to compete with aminomethanol (NH2CH2OH), a glycine precursor, through the Strecker synthesis. in addition its photochemistry leads to the formation of formylcyanide (CHOCN), ketenimine (CH2CNH), formaldehyde (CH2O), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), carbon monoxyde (CO). Its detection in the ISM will provide crucial hints in the formation process of complex organic molecules. The lack of data about this molecule, only studied up to 50 GHz, is mainly due to two reasons. First, this is not commercially available, the synthesis should be perform. Second, the most stable conformer is the gauche one. This exhibits large amplitude motion due to the two equivalent configurations possible. Due to tunneling effect, each level is split into 0 and 0− substates. This makes the analysis of the spectra delicate. We will report here the very first results obtained. Evaluation of Acetonitrile Deproteinisation of the Serum Samples for the Analysis of Drugs in Serum Using Capillary Zone Electrophoresis
Deproteinisation with acetonitrile (along with methanol or other reagents) is a useful and rapid technique in analysis of drugs or their metabolites in human serum. In this paper application of this simple technique in biopharmaceutical analysis using capillary electrophoresis (CE) is evaluated. Some drugs with different ionic and protein binding properties were selected and dissolved in human ...

متن کامل4-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehydes: proton transfer or deprotonation.
A series of naphthaldehydes, including a Mannich base, have been investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy, NMR and theoretical methods to explore their potential tautomerism. In the case of 4-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde concentration dependent deprotonation has been detected in methanol and acetonitrile. For 4-hydroxy-3-(piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-1-naphthaldehyde (a Mannich base) an intramolecular proton t...
